SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

Before you use EximiousSoft Banner Maker software, please read this agreement. You may use this software only as described in this license.

The capitalized term "Software" used below refers to EximiousSoft version 5.48, any updates to the software, any supplemental code provided to you by EximiousSoft, the user manual, any associated software components, any related media and printed materials, and any "online" or electronic documentation.

2. COPYRIGHT
The Software is copyright 2005 -2018, EximiousSoft. The Software is licensed, not sold.

3. UNREGISTERED VERSION
You may use (launch) the Software without any charge. But there are many limits in it.If You think the software is useful,You may pay the license fee and register your copy to use the Software,It means that you use the software no limit after your payment.For information on paying the license fee and registering your copy of the Software, you should choose "Help|Registration" from the Menu Bar.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
